In collaboration with Studio VERV Ltd (Architect), TechMEPi Engineering served as Project Mechanical Engineer for The Machua Residence, a private residential development in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya (Client: Mr. David Machua, Aug 2021 – Jan 2022).

Cold and hot water storage and reticulation
Sanitary drainage and waste discharge layouts
Site inspection and installation quality control
Delivered from concept design to site supervision under the leadership of a registered professional engineer.
