A numbered, revision-controlled, signed drawing set — issued in stages so you always know which sheets may be built from and which may not. This is the deliverable itself: how it is numbered, when it is issued, what is on it, and what ships alongside it.

The calculation behind the fire hose reel installation — flow and residual pressure carried through to the most remote reel, so the pipe sizes are proved on paper instead of assumed. Nineteen pages of working, not a summary sheet.
Published with the client identifiers removed. The full sets stay confidential to the projects they were issued for — if you want to see the standard applied to a neutral building instead, the 19 specimen sheets are drawn for exactly that.

Every document we issue carries the same four-part reference, so a sheet can be found, superseded and audited years later without guesswork.

The Package
A drawing is never issued on its own
Eight things come with the sheets. Drop any one of them and someone downstream — contractor, approving authority or facilities team — is left guessing.
Drawings
The coordinated sheets themselves, signed, numbered and revision-controlled.
Calculations
Pipe sizing, duct sizing, cooling loads, hydraulics, volt drop and fault level — the working behind every figure on the drawing.
Schedules
Equipment, valve, circuit, air terminal and sanitary fitting schedules, each cross-referenced to a drawing tag.
Specification
What each system must be, do and be tested to — the document a contractor is held to when the drawing is silent.
Tender documents
Bill of quantities and drawing schedule so every tenderer prices the same scope.
Test & commissioning records
Pressure, air, leakage, electrical and flow test sheets, plus the balance and commissioning results.
O&M manual
How the building is run and serviced, with manufacturer literature, warranties and a planned maintenance schedule.
As-builts & model
Record drawings and, where BIM is in scope, the federated as-built model handed to the facilities team.
Formats & Handover
Issued in the formats your team can use
The signed PDF is the contractual drawing. Everything else exists so the contractor, the other consultants and eventually the facilities team can do their jobs without re-drawing our work.
Superseded revisions are formally withdrawn on issue, so the current set is the only set in circulation.
Get your drawing list- PDF The issued, signed record. Contractually this is the drawing — everything else is a convenience copy.
- DWG AutoCAD, for the contractor and for the other consultants to reference into their own sheets.
- RVT The native Autodesk Revit model, where BIM is within the appointment.
- IFC / NWD Open exchange and Navisworks federation for clash review across all disciplines.
- XLSX Schedules and calculations in a form the contractor and facilities team can actually reuse.
