- Ultra-Luxury HVAC & Climate Control — Site supervision, commissioning, and quality control for multi-zone VRF systems, chilled-water plant infrastructure, and whisper-quiet indoor thermal comfort solutions engineered for marine coastal durability.
- High-Capacity Hot Water & Energy Plants — Oversight of central heat-pump hot water generation, thermal storage buffers, and high-efficiency recovery systems.
- Resort-Grade Utilities & External Services Reticulation — Supervision of heavy-duty buried HDPE infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, reverse osmosis desalination integration, and pressure-balanced distribution networks.
- Specialist Wellness & Spa Installations — Technical supervision of high-specification swimming pool filtration, hydrotherapy plant rooms, and coastal wellness facility environmental controls.
- Quality Assurance & Remote-Island Technical Oversight — Strict compliance verification against international standards (BS EN / CIBSE / ASHRAE) in a logistically isolated marine environment where long-term system durability and zero downtime are mandatory.
