Drawings & Deliverables
The drawings you actually receive
MEP design is only as good as the sheet a contractor builds from. These are illustrative TechMEPi drawing sheets — one per discipline, drawn the way we issue them: title block, revision history, legend, general notes and calculated sizes. Every sheet is watermarked and marked sample / not for construction.
Drawing Register
Six disciplines. One coordinated set.
Filter by discipline, then open any sheet full-screen to read the title block, the general notes and the sizes. Client project drawings stay confidential — these samples are drawn on a neutral reference building so we can show the standard of output without exposing anyone's scheme.
Cold & Hot Water Layout
Ground floor · pipework, risers and fixture distribution
Cold and hot water distribution set out room by room — mains entry, isolating valves, a zoned riser, a 300 L cylinder and a pumped hot-water return. Pipe sizes are calculated by the loading-unit method, not assumed.
Foul Sewer Layout & Sections
Soil & vent stack · manhole run · invert levels
A longitudinal section paired with the matching below-ground plan. Every manhole carries a cover and invert level, every run carries its fall — the detail a contractor actually needs to dig to.
HVAC Ventilation Layout
Ground floor · ductwork, diffusers and plant
Supply, return, extract and outside air drawn as four distinct systems, with an air-terminal schedule, volume-control and fire dampers at every compartment line, and design flow rates called up at each terminal.
Fire Protection Layout
Hose-reel coverage · wet riser · detection & alarm
A coverage study, not a symbol drop. Hose-reel positions are proven with 6 m hose plus 6 m jet radii until every point of the floor is reachable, then backed by the wet riser, landing valve, detection and escape route.
Power, Lighting & Data Layout
Ground floor · final circuits and distribution
Small power, lighting and Cat6A data on one coordinated sheet, with distribution boards, an extract of the circuit schedule, segregated containment and the main earthing conductor shown explicitly.
BIM Services Coordination
Building section · riser shaft and ceiling-void zoning
The sheet that stops services fighting each other on site: a federated section showing the riser shaft, every discipline zoned through a 900 mm ceiling void, and an enlarged detail proving the clearances.
Issued With Every Package
A drawing is never issued on its own
Each discipline ships with the calculations and schedules that prove the drawing — the paperwork an approving authority, a main contractor and a facilities team all ask for.
